I ordered the simple "pearl" pendant with the 14K cap. It is beautiful and very neatly done. This is such a beautiful way to treasure such a special time in a mother's life. My daughter requested this for her birthday and fortunately I had a leftover bag of milk in my freezer from when I would babysit my granddaughter.
It does take a while to produce so order early before you plan to give it. It was definitely worth the wait!!
I would love to have had this available when my 3 girls were young!
